I have done so much for so many for so long. And am so unhappy and feel unloved. For so long I have wanted to do what u are doing. I want to just pick up and leave! I am in an unloyal marriage and have a beautiful 13y/o daughter that is keeping me back. I am dying everyday. But I swear u hit it on the head. Thank u for showing me it can be done. The better you are at taking care of yourself, the better example you are setting for your daughter. Self care is, in my opinion, the #1 most important thing we can do for ourselves, and for others. If we are well within ourselves we become better parents, better children, better spouses, better friends. I know it becomes increasingly complicated when family, particularly children, are involved, but many people travel and live abroad with their kids. In fact, they find that it brings their children incredible perspective, education, and joy. And YES you can live WELL on $3,000 a month in Costa Rica, which is the most expensive country in Central America.
